Shipping Policy
We currently ship USA 50 States only. No APO, FPO, Phillipines, Puerto Rico, Guam or Virgin Islands.
NO International Sales! Any orders with ties to an International address will be canceled.
We use UPS Ground and USPS (Our Choice) depending upon the item or ship from location. Items sent by UPS can not be delivered to a PO BOX.
If using a PO BOX address please enclose a Street address as well.
If you wish to be sent a tracking number for your order please enclose your email address upon checkout.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs. If for some reason beyond our control an order cannot be shipped within 48 hrs. You will be notified right away.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are shown below and also during the checkout right before the order is finalized.
Free Shipping:
Items with free shipping will not display a shipping charge during checkout. If ordered with other items that do not offer free shipping, rates on those items still apply and will display during the checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii
Some items require additional freight charges to Alaska and Hawaii. These items will have an option box marked AK & HI add $$ for Priority Mail. You must use this option when adding these items to your cart. The additional charge displayed is added to the price and is what the extra shipping cost is to ship to AK & HI.
AK & HI Orders that do not use this option will be canceled.

Shipping Times
Orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are after shipment of the order. Orders take 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) to process before they are shipped. Delivery times depend on processing, delivery location, and product availability. TNM Outdoors ships only to addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
TNM Outdoors will gladly accept returns on most items if they are in new unopened re-sellable condition.
Return requests may be made within 5 days of receiving the item. A request to return any item may be made by calling: 1-920-836-3026 or email at: service@TNMOutdoors.com
Items that are received defective will be replaced or refunded in full (less return S&H) per customer request.
Items must be returned in original shipping container with all packaging, including a copy of the invoice or packing slip and any instructions. Only unopened items will be accepted, for a Full Refund, or Exchange, less shipping & insurance. (Such as wrong item ordered.)
Customers returning items that are unwanted or incorrectly ordered will be given a store credit for the amount of the item only. Some returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. ( Insight Tech and Clothing items). If the item being returned is exchanged for a like product we will waive the re-stocking fee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items may not be returned:
Ammunition, Air Guns, Soft Air Guns, Crossbows, Muzzleloaders, Clearance Items, Closeout Items, Consumable products such as Food Coatings or Seasonings, Scent Eliminating Items such as Gels, Gum, Soaps and Body Washes, Animal Lures and Scents, Mouth Calls, Used Items, Special Ordered Items. Any items Used or Damaged by the customer in any way may not be returned.
Scopes and Sights that have been mounted, scratched, or show evidence of mounting or damage by customer will not be accepted for return.
Please follow the directions below to return an item.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Call us at: 920-836-3026 for a Return Authorization number. Or Email at: service@TNMOutdoors.com
Note: Items being returned must be received by us within 14 business days of the time authorization is given for a return.
2. Please have the following information at hand. You’re Name, Order or Invoice number, a brief description of the product and what the problem is.
3. Please make a copy of your invoice for the item you are returning and send it with the item. Retain a copy for yourself.
4. Please enclose a letter or note with a description of what the problem is.
5. On the Outside of the package you are returning write the Return Authorization number that you received from us. This insures proper processing of your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks (once we receive the item) for processing of your return and you receiving a refund or replacement.
6. Send the package / item insured and prepaid by the US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS, which ever works best for you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us that are not insured.

7. Customer will pay for Return Shipping & Insurance (if item was originally shipped Insured to them.)
8. COD’s will not be accepted on Return items.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Items / Shipments refused by customers will incur shipping, handling and 15% re-stocking fee. Only the cost of the item less 15% will be refunded to the customer.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
TNM Outdoors does not accept warranty returns or repair.
Items that become defective during use are to be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under the conditions of the product warranty.
